  • Starting in January on every 4th Thursday of the month, join us in the downstairs meeting room at Birchard Public Library for a FREE accessible, inclusive, chair yoga class. Chair yoga, a gentle form of yoga that’s done while seated or using a chair for balance, makes movement more accessible. A sturdy chair is utilized to assist individuals in learning ways to move and adjust the body to release tension and decrease pain.

    Cost: FREE to the public.

  • Join us for this beautiful collaboration with the infamous The Suns Flower. Experience the gentle embrace of nature as we flow through a series of yoga poses designed to strengthen the body, calm the mind, and uplift the spirit. With the golden sunflowers as our backdrop, we'll practice mindful breathing, gentle stretches, and fluid movements that cater to all abilities.

    This is an unforgettable yoga experience that harmonizes body, mind, and nature. Ticket includes admission to the fields and a complimentary sunflower to take home

  • Join Corrine Turner, CYT-200 at SPIEGEL GROVE for a FREE peaceful and rejuvenating outdoor Qigong class in celebration of World Qigong Day! This class will focus on grounding, balancing energy, and connecting with the natural world around us. Qigong, an ancient Chinese practice combining movement, breath, and mindfulness, is known for promoting relaxation, mental clarity, and overall well-being.

    The class will begin with a gentle warm-up, followed by a series of flowing Qigong movements designed to harmonize the body's energy. As we practice outdoors, we'll integrate the elements of nature into our movements to enhance the flow of Qi (energy).

    Whether you are new to Qigong or an experienced practitioner, this outdoor class provides a serene environment to connect with your inner peace and the world around you. Take a moment to unwind, breathe deeply, and feel the positive energy of the earth beneath your feet.

  • It's BAAAAACKK!!!

    The Yoga Haven collaborates again this year with Rutherford B. Hayes Presidential Museum & Library for this very popular event. Class will take place in the Rose Garden at Spiegel Grove in Fremont. This 75-minute class is designed for all levels, and teachers will create variations to assist in accessibility to students’ needs. Class is compiled of basic yoga poses, breath practices, and deep relaxation.
