Gentle Yoga
This class is essentially what it sounds like – a gentler style of the hatha yoga practice that promotes bodily awareness. Class is designed at a slower pace, with less intense positions. This class includes more movements to warm-up the body and postures are held for longer periods of time. Time allows for meditation, yogic breath work, and relaxation along with low-impact movement.

Yoga Basics
This class is designed for those who have never done yoga before or who are looking to go back to the basics making this accessible to all levels of individuals. Class is compiled of basic yoga poses, breath practices, and deep relaxation. With a heavy emphasis on props, this class will assist in sensitizing students to their own body signals and help address physical strengths and weaknesses.

Yoga Flow
Fluidity. Mobility. Stability. Flexibility. All achieved with a dance of movement from posture to posture coupled with the breath. This class is changing from what has been taught in the past. Slower. Empowering. Accessible. It’s designed to help you find a deeper connection to the body and the breath as you move organically at your own pace and create an opportunity for self-awareness and empowerment. Variations are always offered; class is always student led.

Yoga Blend
A rotation of teachers every week! Each of our teachers get an opportunity to move you through this class in their own style with a mellow, feel-good movement practice and quality time in some form of stillness. Each week, you will learn simple and effective techniques that bridge the gap between the dynamics of your yoga practice and states of deep inner stillness, calm, and contentment. Class will include modifications for for all levels, including absolute beginners and those with active minds.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is slow-paced style of movement, incorporating postures that are held for longer periods of time. Students hold postures for 3-5 minutes and class allows time for deep relaxation. Yin yoga is a quiet contemplative practice that works deeply into the connective tissues of the body and improves energy flow.

Community Yoga
As we continue to educate individuals on the teachings of yoga, we intend to utilize this as an opportunity to see those individuals in action. This class is FREE to the public and designed to assist our yoga teacher trainees in learning to find their voice. Every week will be presented by one of our very yoga YTTrainees bringing insight and variety to the community. We ask for your constructive feedback at the end of class merely to assist our trainees in the learning process.

Qigong
Qigong combines posture, movement, breathing and focused intent. It is a subtle, gentle practice of moving and balancing your life energy. Qigong is made up of various exercises that optimize the energy in the body, mind and soul, with the intention to maintain and enhance health and wellbeing, without depleting us of energy.
