Starting in January on every 4th Thursday of the month, join us in the downstairs meeting room at Birchard Public Library for a FREE accessible, inclusive, chair yoga class. Chair yoga, a gentle form of yoga that’s done while seated or using a chair for balance, makes movement more accessible. A sturdy chair is utilized to assist individuals in learning ways to move and adjust the body to release tension and decrease pain.
Cost: FREE to the public.

Join Samantha Pollick, CYT-200 and Lilley Decker, LMT for this epic one of a kind event where we incorporate traditional restorative postures and gentle massage to encourage students to unwind. This unique class will guide you back towards your center with passive stretching and supported relaxation poses. While in these poses, enjoy massage therapy designed to ground and calm you. Your only job is to do nothing, rest, encourage relaxation, and allow yourself to be pampered.

Join Corrine Turner, CYT-200 for an immersive experience where the art of crafting intertwines with the practice of mindfulness and movement. This workshop will explore how crafting can be a meditative activity, fostering a deeper sense of presence while offering you a unique opportunity to forge friendships, ignite your inspiration, and share experiences and resources.
The workshop begins with 60 minutes of physical yoga practices tailored to the strengthening and stretching of the hands, shoulders, and inviting opportunities for optimal spinal health. Then, enjoy the kinship of others who share your love for this timeless hobby and return home feeling revitalized and ready to continue your creative journey. Please bring your own crafting supplies (yarn, needles, hooks, etc.) and project to work on.February 28, 2025 6pm

Lisa's goal is to change the way society sees and understands what is "fit," making her the perfect fit for our inclusive community! Classes are geared to be suitable and accessible for everyBODY. Lisa is a Certified Master Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Certified Size Inclusive Specialist, as well as a POUND Pro, POUND UNPLUGGED Pro and Generation POUND For Schools Ambassador.
Blending high-intensity training with rhythmic breathing, mindfulness, and meditation, this 45-minute journey will make you sweat, release, and boost neurochemicals before quickly settling back into a peaceful, recharged, and empowered state.
