Kids’ Yoga.

Join us for Fremont's first ever Kids' Yoga series! This 45-minute class spans over the course of 6 weeks and helps children tune in to the bodies' needs. Looking for a place to get out the wiggles and connect? Kids will be encouraged to strengthen the body through basic yoga poses, practice partner poses and play fun yoga games. They will also learn mindfulness activities, useful breathing exercises and relaxation/visualization techniques.
